At Journey Ready, we partner with academic institutions, early childhood development centers, but also provide services, products, experiences, and knowledge that helps with the development of our future leaders. As an organization that is devoted tot he growth and development of children throughout the infant, toddler, adolescent, and teenage years, our primary objective is to contribute to the development of our future employers, educators, and entrepreneurs, as well as those who will lead our workforce.

As a global community founded by Julionna Richardson we also provide emergency relief to people, families, and organizations worldwide, as our charitable contribution to maintaining food, clothing, and shelter for those in need during times of crises. As a non-profit organization, we believe in the heart humanitarian practices to ensure the integrity of our work as a commitment to not just our leaders, but our, followers, supporters, clients, customers, and families.
